West Australian Cooked Whole Rock Lobster

This red crustacean is native to Australia and is located on the South coast of Western Australia. Western Rock Lobster is different from crayfish despite the common breed. Western rock lobsters grow in saltwater, unlike crayfish that grow in freshwater. Western Australian lobster fishermen are the first in the world to receive an MSC certificate.
