Dinner time connects the family members after a hectic routine during the day. So, yummy and mouthwatering dinner ideas can make your dinner worth enjoying. Two ideas for dinner that are simple to cook and delicious are shared below:

  1. Malai Tikka

Malai Tikka is a BBQ recipe, and it will add that creaminess to your dinner. The ingredients required are chicken boneless, green chili, coriander leaves, spring onions, ginger-garlic paste, cream, cornflour, salt, lemon juice, and Malai Tikka Masala.

Chicken should be sliced into cubes. In a grinder, add green chili, spring onions, and coriander leaves. Grind it and prepare a paste. Now take a large bowl, add chicken pieces, green chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, cream, cornflour, salt, and Malai Tikka Masala. Mix it well and add a few drops of lemon juice. Marinate it for 2-3 hours. Add butter before cooking and mix well.

Now, bake, grill, or fry the chicken on a skewer. Delicious chicken Malai tikka Boti is ready. Serve with chutney or ketchup. In the case of mutton or beef malai tikka, you need to add some meat tenderizer for softening and easy cooking.

  1. Tikka Boti

Another lip-smacking recipe that you can prepare easily with few ingredients is Tikka Boti. A quick healthy recipe that you can prepare easily for dinner even when you are on a diet.

The ingredients required are Tikka Boti Masala, green chili, raw papaya, lemon, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, coriander leaves, and salt. Raw papaya can be replaced with a meat tenderizer, and you can even skip it if you have time for marination.

Add Green Chili, Garlic cloves, raw papaya, ginger, lemon juice, and chop well in a chopper. Next, take chicken or beef pieces and add the prepared mixture to them. Marinate for 30 minutes. Now add yogurt and Tikka Boti Masala. Also, add salt, coriander leaves, orange food color, oil, and mix well. Now, marinate it for 4-6 hours.

Heat charcoal until it becomes hot. Add the tikka pieces to the skewer and place them on the grill. Don’t turn sides frequently. Brush the pieces with oil when half cooked. Serve with salad, chutney, and chapatti. Alternatively, you can also bake or cook in a pan if you don’t have a grilling option.
